How to Do It.
Sit in easy pose. Stick out your tongue. Breathe through the mouth until the tongue tastes bitter, as if it had quinine on it. Do this practice once a day for 15 days.
The bitter taste is a sign of detoxification. As you continue the practice the taste of the tongue will ultimately become sweet.
