Kneel in Rock Pose, hands crossed over your navel. Bring your forehead to the floor and your buttocks up to 60 degrees (a).

Maintain the position for 3 minutes.

Still kneeling in Rock Pose, hands on the knees, lean back 60 degrees from the floor (b).

Maintain the position for 3 minutes
