How to Do It.
Stand wüh the feet slighdy spread,
palms down, hands in open Venus lock at the level of the armpits (a). Bend
forward from the hips, bringing the hands dowu toward the floor, hands still
in Venus lock, with no bend in the legs (b).
Rhythm: 1 second down and 1 second up.
Continue for 54 cycles.
