What does really matter?

What is the aim of all those different forms of advaita, yoga, meditation, pranayama, deeksha etc.

It is good for your body and quiets the mind, but what does really matter?

What really matters is not the perfection of a posture, an asana.
What really matters is not the achievement of silence.
What really matters is not the control of a certain technique.
What really matters is not the experience of space, silence, emptiness or light.
What really matters is not to have any experience whatsoever.

What than does really matter?

That the center of it all is not me anymore!
