Never again will we meet

What can be said about the love I feel for you,
what can be said about the oneness we are,
what can be said about the eternity within us.

Nothingness is the illusion, all ness is the illusion,
being is truth, if there is no being there is no illusion.

How interesting is this existence,
observing the mountains in the distance,
through the window,
as if the window is a picture,
on the wall,
in my mind.

How we are used to contradictions constituting this world,
When all becomes nothingness, when nothingness is all,
what remains is nothingness.
Can that be the end?
Ah! Let love be the end!

Like a John McCartney song,
Yesterday... or no, the day before,
I was taught the meaning of an idiom,
indeed one I heard long before.
The Japanese words have rolled from my tongue
maybe a thousand times before...
Did I feel it's hidden meaning,
resounding through the obscure words?
As it is renowned for in the Way of Tea.
Let me try and express it in words if I can...

Here we meet once for one time only.
Never again will we meet.
When you breath in fresh air,
enjoying the warming sun,
caress the pedals of a flower,
drink good tea;-)
Every moment,
in this existence,
presents itself only once,
never again will it return,
therefore treasure it, my friend,
and savour the taste of the tea you drink,
this tea will never return.
Savour the taste of existence.
